Human Resources Director

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor and thought partner to senior leaders and management teams.
• Develop people strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce dynamics, and organizational trends.
• Analyze workforce data and translate insights into recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on retention, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, career development, executive coaching, and leadership assessment initiatives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and complex workforce issues.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant HR experience, including HR business partnership, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching, consulting, resolving conflicts, influencing stakeholders, and partnering with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, handle confidential information, demonstrate executive presence, and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
