TL;DR

Location: Remote in the United States; this role is not eligible to be hired in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

Salary: $141,520–$176,900 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington, D.C.; $149,840–$187,300 in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area; $166,400–$208,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The listed ranges apply only to candidates in the specified jurisdictions.

What you will do

  • Advise the VP of Global Partnerships and leadership team on financial and strategic decisions.
  • Develop marketplace strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure, working with R&D, Marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Design revenue-share frameworks, co-sell incentives, partner rebates, and Market Development Fund ROI models.
  • Lead global forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, multi-year investment modeling, and month-end accruals.
  • Build unit economics and reporting for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, margin-adjusted CAC, and payback periods.
  • Evaluate non-standard contracts, international expansion models, product integrations, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
  • Strong financial modeling experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, solve problems across teams, and think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, or Oracle.
