Senior Financial Analyst, Deal Desk (Strategic Finance)

Location: Remote within the United States, in approved states where hirify.global has entities; Pacific time zone work required. San Francisco Bay Area preferred. Quarterly attendance at in-person team gatherings is expected.

OTE compensation, including base salary and bonus: $120,000–$150,000 in the SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County, and Seattle; $110,000–$138,000 in other California and Washington locations, Austin, Boston, Denver, and Portland; $103,000–$129,000 in other approved states.

What you will do

• Own complex financial files tracking customer incentive programs, deal terms, and revenue adjustments.
• Design customer incentives with the go-to-market organization to drive incremental revenue and improve margins.
• Analyze deal desk performance through quarterly post-mortems and recommend strategy improvements.
• Build strategic financial models and evaluate initiatives for senior leadership decision-making.
• Forecast adjusted revenue and work with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Maintain the primary KPI file used for board meetings, strategic planning, and business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A; experience in corporate development, accounting, investment banking, strategy, deal desk, or consulting is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including complex financial modeling and file management.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, valuation, business drivers, and revenue mechanics.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and business judgment skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in corporate development, accounting, investment banking, strategy, a finance development program, deal desk, or consulting.
• Experience with valuation and financial statement analysis.
