Early Careers New Grad - Analytics Development Program (REMOTE)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; OPT and CPT are not accepted.

Base pay: $52,200–$94,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Produce datasets, reports, specifications, dashboards, and data visualizations using enterprise reporting tools.
• Research and analyze financial, health care, internal, and external data.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns to evaluate business problems.
• Provide insights to decision-makers and translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic or tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
• Support analytics and strategic projects across multiple business areas during a 12-month consulting program.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in health information management, public health, health care administration, epidemiology, industrial engineering, data science, statistics, business administration, or a related analytical field.
• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; the program does not support OPT, CPT, or work visa sponsorship.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Analytical, research, information-evaluation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with guidance, evaluate solutions systematically, and balance team and organizational needs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience with Teradata SQL and Tableau.
• Experience with Python, R, Alteryx, or other data-processing tools.
• Internship or project experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting.
• Health care or health insurance analytics experience.
