Strategic Insights Senior Analyst, Data Analytics (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, open only to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Future work models may potentially include hybrid presence at the hub office associated with the candidate's metro area.

Base pay: $75,265.20–$98,785.58 per year, plus annual performance bonuses and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Define key questions, scope analyses, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee, maintain, and enhance operational and analytical dashboards.
• Create models and tools to identify business inefficiencies and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate across the organization to implement improvements and monitor initiative impact.
• Support strategic projects and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• At least 1 year of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights.
• Experience communicating reporting updates and resolutions between technical and non-technical users across at least two reporting projects.
• Experience with SQL, including filtering, aggregation, and CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, and connected Sheets.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, finance, or insurance.

Nice to have

• Healthcare analytics and reporting experience.
• Experience managing value-based contracts at a payer or provider organization.
• Experience developing dashboards with Looker or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA Marketplace, quality of care, or population health.
