Strategic Project Manager, Global Manufacturing

Salary: $82,500–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects across multiple global sites.
• Implement and standardize root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Establish project plans, governance models, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management to support adoption of new processes and standards.
• Identify and implement best practices that improve quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex global initiatives.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
