What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed 0–3-month master production schedules based on the monthly supply plan.
• Create, level-load, validate, and release executable production plans and orders through OMP OPR and SAP.
• Maintain product wheels, planning rates, capacity assumptions, scheduling rules, and master production schedule governance.
• Monitor demand, inventory, customer orders, stock transfers, outages, and material availability, adjusting schedules as conditions change.
• Provide material availability dates and lead communication and escalation for supply interruptions and short-term supply risks.
• Investigate schedule misses, identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and support process improvements and OMP implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with master production scheduling and short-term supply planning.
• Ability to work with OMP OPR, SAP, planning data, capacity assumptions, and scheduling rules.
• Ability to monitor material availability, inventory, demand, orders, and production constraints.
• Ability to investigate root causes, resolve supply risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ability to collaborate with operations, customer service, global supply planning, logistics, import/export, MRP, and other schedulers.
• Role based in Wilmington, Delaware, United States.
