Focus on translating product plans into supply actions, mitigating material and supplier risks, and coordinating configuration changes across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Support.

Location: San Diego, California, United States

Base annual salary: $99,000–$136,125

What you will do

  • Own material availability and supply readiness for assigned Module Delivery Unit scope and product configurations.
  • Translate product plans, technical documentation, and engineering decisions into executable supply chain actions.
  • Create material readiness, demand-supply alignment, inventory, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate material shortages, supply constraints, and supplier readiness risks.
  • Coordinate engineering and configuration changes while protecting logistics, cost, quality, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Support, suppliers, and sourcing teams to support industrialization and product introductions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; an engineering degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, product lifecycle management, industrialization, manufacturing operations, logistics, or new product introduction.
  • Experience with engineering changes, configuration management, material readiness, or product industrialization.
  • Experience in cross-functional product development, preferably in high-tech, low-volume manufacturing.
  • Strong operational planning, material availability management, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export regulations before starting work.
