Production Scheduler

Location: Napoleon, Ohio, United States; onsite production facility role

Salary: $64,800–$89,100 annual base salary

What you will do

• Develop and manage finite production schedules for the Napoleon Soup facility.
• Balance customer demand, inventory targets, manufacturing capacity, material availability, labor, and equipment constraints.
• Resolve scheduling, operational, and system-related issues while maintaining production continuity.
• Monitor schedule performance, plan compliance, production exceptions, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling for product launches, reformulations, packaging changes, component transitions, and promotions.
• Lead scheduling meetings and align operations, planning, logistics, quality, Product Development, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related supply chain work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, make data-driven decisions, work independently, and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP planning and scheduling tools, including APO and PPDS/MP&S.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
