Master Production Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: Marlette, Michigan, USA; onsite production scheduling role

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ERP/MRP-based production schedules for press operations.
• Coordinate schedule execution with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Analyze capacity constraints, create capacity requirements, and perform level loading.
• Create and release production orders with packaging instructions.
• Establish inventory levels using historical data, forecasts, and safety-stock requirements.
• Track performance metrics, report insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• College degree in manufacturing, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, MRP logic, and capacity planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Marlette, Michigan, USA.
