Supply Chain Planning Manager

Location: Cary, North Carolina, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning strategies for Building Construction Products.
• Lead supply stream planning for production, inventory, and distribution operations across the United States.
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 3–4 Production Schedulers responsible for production scheduling and order fulfillment.
• Partner with logistics, distribution, suppliers, manufacturing operations, and commercial teams to align forecasts with supply plans.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, material stocking strategies, and product availability.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement corrective actions for supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, operations, manufacturing, or logistics leadership.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistical processes, planning, and resource organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and solving operational problems across teams.
• Experience evaluating and improving production, quality, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work in Cary, North Carolina, United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
