Program Manager - Localization

Location: Greater Sioux Falls Area, United States; US work authorization is required.

Annual salary: $106,725–$163,645, plus applicable bonus.

What you will do

• Lead translation initiatives across equipment displays, FieldOps web and mobile applications, and construction equipment platforms.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, quality standards, and decisions across product, engineering, UX, translation, and external vendor teams.
• Manage translation lifecycle activities, including verification, terminology management, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Develop project plans, milestones, resource allocations, success metrics, and progress reports.
• Oversee XTM translation system updates and coordinate issue resolution with engineering and system teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, release schedules, and stakeholder escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in localization or translation project management.
• Experience with ERP systems and engineering change management.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Electrical or mechanical engineering experience, including hardware and software development involving ECUs.
• Program management training or PMP certification.
• Experience in agricultural or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Atlassian tools, Jira Scrum methodologies, Polarion, or translation management systems such as XTM.
• Experience introducing new hardware into manufacturing.
