Program Manager

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, schedules, and delivery standards.
• Provide centralized governance across multiple interrelated projects, including budget, timeline, methodology, and quality controls.
• Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives.
• Lead change management activities covering communications, training, adoption tracking, and benefits realization.
• Consolidate KPIs, financial results, risks, and status updates into leadership reporting and executive communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, organizational development, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of project or program management experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs.
• At least three years of people leadership or coaching experience, including mentoring and team development.
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks, including PMI, Agile, and SAFe.
• Experience with program budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, resource allocation, process improvement, and organizational change management.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, systems thinking, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
