IT Enterprise Project Manager Senior (Healthcare IT)

Location: Fully remote from AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, or WY. No relocation and no visa sponsorship or visa transfer.

Pay range: $51.05–$76.60 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage large and complex enterprise healthcare IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation, controlling scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Lead enterprise system implementations, application development projects, cloud and platform migrations, infrastructure initiatives, and enterprise hardware rollouts.
• Develop project plans, requirements, milestones, budgets, resource plans, status reports, and financial documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues and changes, maintain governance processes, and coordinate production changes.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, project resources, RACI structures, escalation paths, executive communications, and regular status meetings.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, improve project management methodologies, and mentor other Project Managers.

Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of advanced IT project management experience; the role information indicates that 8+ years managing large IT projects or programs is typically expected.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Experience managing complex projects through the full lifecycle, including risk, change, budget, resource, vendor, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management tools.
• Must work remotely from one of the listed U.S. states; no relocation or visa sponsorship/transfer is available.
