Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

Location: NJ - Eatontown, United States; in-office at the Eatontown Branch

Base salary: $63,000–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with sales revenue under $2 million.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and manage referrals through onboarding and servicing.
• Collaborate with Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Private Bank partners to match clients with appropriate resources.
• Provide tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Build client loyalty through lobby engagement, technology education, problem resolution, and proactive service.
• Follow banking policies, manage operational risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable education, certification, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, prospecting, selling, customer needs, and customer experience management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
