CLO Structuring, Associate

Base pay: $175,000–$225,000 annualized

What you will do

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of CLO warehouses, new issues, resets, and refinancing transactions.
• Structure and model CLO transactions using Excel, Intex, and rating agency software.
• Build CLO cash flow models and prepare transaction analysis for investor marketing, execution, and rating agency review.
• Analyze collateral loan portfolios and calculate key metrics for marketing and structuring decisions.
• Prepare warehouse term sheets, internal credit memos, marketing materials, and manager and transaction pitch books.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with CLO managers, legal counsel, syndicate teams, rating agencies, and clients.

Requirements

• Prior experience in CLO structuring or banking, preferably with direct CLO exposure.
• Extensive experience with CLO documents, Intex, and CLO rating agency models.
• Strong quantitative and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Required certifications: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.
• Ability to work onsite in the United States and perform occasional physical setup duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
