What you will do

• Manage complex banking, credit, and treasury management relationships.
• Identify opportunities for investment management, fiduciary services, and new banking business.
• Advise clients on banking products, legal and regulatory changes, credit policy, and risk management.
• Help borrowers manage interest rate risk through pricing strategies and interest rate swaps.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and solve complex business problems.
• Interact directly with committees and senior management while developing and implementing functional programs.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in credit and relationship management, financial analysis, client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, banking products, credit policy, risk management, and relevant industry issues.
• Knowledge of applicable industry laws and regulations; completion of the lending program is required.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate complexity and risk.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
