Content Designer (d/f/m)

Location: Munich, Berlin, or London; office-based with 2 days required in the contracted office location. Remaining days can be worked from home or the office, with 20 Flex Days per year for remote work from other locations.

What you will do

• Build and maintain reusable content patterns, standards, terminology frameworks, and self-service tools for Product teams.
• Use AI to scale Content Design expertise and improve content workflows and solutions.
• Set standards for content quality and information architecture, identifying and fixing unclear structure, missing context, and undefined terminology.
• Partner with Localisation to ensure source content supports high-quality translation, especially into German.
• Provide embedded Content Design support to product areas and feed learnings back into shared systems and patterns.
• Create playbooks, training, and reviews that improve content quality across Design, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or a similar product content role, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex digital products.
• Fluent German and English at native or C2 level in both languages.
• Strong writing craft combined with systems thinking and experience building scalable guides, frameworks, or content patterns.
• Experience collaborating closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product process.
• Understanding of AI's impact on product experiences and Content Design, including using AI tools and evaluating AI-generated language.
• Ability to frame problems, develop clear recommendations, use experience and data, and account for the effect of source-language decisions on translation.
