UX Writer (with German)

Salary: EUR 1,550–2,750 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Write microcopy for UI components, including buttons, error messages, tooltips, and form labels.
• Develop and maintain content style guides, tone-of-voice standards, messaging guidelines, and reusable copy decks.
• Create clear, concise, user-centered content that supports usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UX Design, Product, and Development teams to align content with design and functionality.
• Coordinate user research and usability testing to validate content effectiveness.
• Integrate and refine copy in high-fidelity UI designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and A/B testing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong ability to create clear, concise, user-centered microcopy for digital products.
• Understanding of UX principles, content design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Experience maintaining content guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards.
• Ability to use user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback to refine content.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above.
