What you will do

• Manage total branch performance across customers, operations, store profitability, and staff development.
• Oversee customer requirements for product and service delivery while modeling service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop location associates while fostering teamwork and recognition.
• Oversee receiving, physical inventory, product shipments, workflow, and location objectives.
• Set goals, maintain fiscal accountability, and perform location functions as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, sales, and management experience.
• High school diploma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to use an ERP system and analyze business data.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, presentation, customer service, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Ability to travel locally and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Three years of customer service, sales, and management experience.
• Knowledge of the electrical industry.
