Manager, Campus Operations - EVS

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and coach Environmental Services Partners across first- and second-shift operations.
• Plan staffing, assignments, shift handoffs, and event coverage to maintain reliable campus service.
• Set team goals, service standards, operating practices, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate the contracted cleaning company and monitor service quality, coverage, safety, and contract performance.
• Maintain campus cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, EVS supplies, inventory, and SDS records.
• Review work orders, service trends, and customer feedback to identify improvements and track corrective actions through completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of direct leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using data to monitor service performance.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility across first and second shifts, including occasional weekends or earlier or later hours based on campus needs.
