CMMS Administrator

Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States; work is on-site.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the CMMS platform, including company profiles, assets, locations, user roles, permissions, and custom fields.
• Maintain accurate equipment, bill of materials, work order, inventory, maintenance history, performance, and cost data.
• Develop and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, routes, procedures, and work orders with maintenance and facilities managers.
• Manage spare parts inventory, cycle counts, procurement, critical spares, and wear-part trends in coordination with vendors.
• Generate maintenance activity, performance, and cost reports and analyze trends for process improvement.
• Train users, provide help desk support, review SOPs, and support cross-functional maintenance operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or an administrative related field, including maintenance planning and CMMS experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED; applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency with business computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and project management software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, collaboration, documentation, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work on-site, support maintenance activities, lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and use scissor or bucket lifts.
• English communication skills are required. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
