Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist (Energy)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment across corporate functions including IT, Digital, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and HR.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define requirements, recruitment strategies, and global sourcing approaches.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and targeted attraction campaigns.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to recruiters and recruitment coordinators while supporting workload prioritisation and best-practice sharing.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS data in systems such as Workday, and improve recruitment performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications on employer branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• In-house recruitment experience across global corporate functions, ideally within the Energy, Engineering, or Technology sector.
• Experience recruiting technical and professional roles, including Engineering, Project Management, and Commercial positions.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner, influence stakeholders, and manage complex global hiring requirements.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation with competing priorities.
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification or progress toward the qualification.
• Experience supporting Energy Transition-related recruitment.
