Global semiconductor manufacturer producing discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical applications.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including complex searches and executive outreach.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and track hiring progress.
- Build talent pipelines, maintain accurate ATS data in Workday, and support positive candidate experiences.
- Participate in regional and global talent acquisition projects, cross-border hiring, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience with direct sourcing and executive outreach.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
- Experience with ATS systems; Workday experience is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills; another European language is preferred. Ability to challenge, influence, and advise senior stakeholders.

- Knowledge of another European language.
