Recruitment Resourcer (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Proactively source candidates for current and anticipated vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen applications and candidates, assess suitability against role requirements, and prepare shortlists for Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for specialist, frequently recruited, and business-critical positions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, recruitment administration, and accurate ATS records.
• Partner with recruitment colleagues and hiring managers to understand vacancies, agree sourcing strategies, and manage competing priorities.
• Share market insights and contribute ideas to improve sourcing methods, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience proactively sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates against defined requirements.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online job boards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, changing priorities, and confidential candidate information.
• Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, utilities, engineering, or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
