Product Manager (Refrigeration Controls)

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia, USA. Hybrid work from home is available up to three days per week, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Travel up to 25% is required, mostly domestic with some international travel.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product roadmaps across the full lifecycle, from concept through end-of-life.
• Define product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs.
• Manage product profitability and support business cases for new investments.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market opportunities, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and commercial teams to deliver products, adoption materials, documentation, and enablement resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in application engineering, product management, technical sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with refrigeration applications, controls, or food service equipment.
• Background as an electronics engineer, application engineer, or technical sales professional.
• Product management experience in industrial, refrigeration, HVAC, or controls industries.
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and customer applications.
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
