Product Manager (Fluid Control)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Deerfield, Illinois campus, with work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Occasional travel of approximately 15% is required.

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop strategic product plans for the Moen valve and cartridge product line, aligning performance, pricing, supply chain, and long-term business goals.
• Guide new product development and innovation through the full stage-gate process.
• Translate customer insights, competitive analysis, and technical requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, pricing decisions, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Commercialization teams.
• Support product launches, monitor product performance, train internal teams and external partners, and contribute to sales and industry events.
• Advocate for customer needs and communicate product priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or engineering leadership for high-volume manufactured products.
• Experience with plumbing, kitchen and bath, water delivery, valve, cartridge, or other fluid-control technologies.
• Knowledge of sealing technologies, elastomeric and ceramic components, flow performance, cavitation, acoustic/noise reduction, durability, and lifecycle requirements.
• Ability to convert customer needs, competitive analysis, and engineering requirements into product strategy, roadmap priorities, business cases, and successful launches.
• Strong analytical, communication, technical, financial, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with high-volume consumer, commercial, or automotive fluid-control products; building products, home improvement, or durable goods.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B product environments.
• Familiarity with connected products or smart home categories.
