Product Specialist - Thermal Management

Location: Remote within North America, with a preference for candidates near Cleveland, Ohio. Occasional travel of approximately 15% is required.

What you will do

• Partner with the Global Product Manager to grow and manage the high-performance Thermal Interface Materials portfolio.
• Support pricing, quotations, profitability analysis, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and launch activities.
• Translate complex technical information into customer value and create marketing and sales materials.
• Lead material qualification, raw material optimization, cost-reduction, manufacturing localization, and site-transfer initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, procurement, operations, sales, and marketing teams across global regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in product management, project management, business development, or marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and commercial stakeholders and transform data into business insights.
• Comfort working with ERP systems and global teams.
• Ability to work remotely within North America and travel approximately 15%.

• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineered products.
