Product Manager (Semiconductor Automation - Vacuum Robots)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on role and business needs. Ability to travel internationally 20%.

Base salary: $132,456.81–$179,206.28 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies for semiconductor automation and vacuum robotics.
• Define product features and specifications with engineering and R&D teams.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and track semiconductor manufacturing trends.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs, market feedback, and technology developments.
• Gather voice-of-customer insights, support customer relationships, and communicate product value to sales teams.
• Manage product budgets, pricing, profitability, quality, and the full lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of product management experience using the product management lifecycle.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Familiarity with semiconductor market trends, industry dynamics, and key customers.
• Ability to travel internationally 20% and work in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Chelmsford, Massachusetts location.
