Location: Aston, Pennsylvania, United States (on-site). Must be a U.S. citizen. Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20% is required.

Salary: $108,900–$145,200 per year.

hirify.global Arresting Systems / ESCO develops land-based emergency arresting systems for military aircraft and operates facilities in the United States and France.

What you will do

  • Manage multiple aircraft arresting system product lines throughout their lifecycle, from concept development through product development.
  • Develop product specifications with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to address customer needs and improve existing products.
  • Build technology roadmaps and prioritize future research and development investments.
  • Assess opportunities for new products through market research and feasibility analysis.
  • Lead commercialization with engineering, sales, program management, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support product modification, cost reduction, margin analysis, forecasting, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is an asset.
  • Familiarity with electromechanical system design and standards for aerospace and defense equipment.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, engineering, or business development.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Aston, Pennsylvania, and travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally.
