Senior Project Manager (Client Data Management)

Location: Hybrid in Zurich, Switzerland

Base salary: CHF 126,000–188,000 per year for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead projects across the global Client Data Management agenda from strategic framing through execution and benefits realization.
• Translate strategic priorities into project scope, milestones, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business and technology delivery across the Life & Health value chain, managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with sponsors, functional leaders, and senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and enable timely decisions.
• Drive changes to client data processes, governance, accountabilities, and ways of working.
• Manage resource planning, capacity and capability requirements, funding requests, and project financials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably in reinsurance or insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including governance, risk, dependency, resource, and financial management.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into execution and shape approaches where the path forward is not fully defined.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Zurich, Switzerland setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life & Health reinsurance.
• Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.
• Project or change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI, or Scrum.
