What you will do

• Take ownership of project scope, timelines, costs, risks, and product quality.
• Lead the development of gas sensing solutions for HVAC applications from concept to market launch.
• Align experts across disciplines through structured planning, clear priorities, and customer-focused decisions.
• Coordinate development, operations, quality, and sales interfaces.
• Make technical and strategic decisions while identifying and mitigating risks early.

Requirements

• Engineering or science background.
• Solid experience in R&D and industrialization processes.
• Strong understanding of the interfaces between development, operations, quality, and sales.
• Ability to align people, technology, and business to deliver ambitious goals.
• Structured yet flexible approach in a dynamic environment.
