hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing footwear, apparel, skis, bindings, and equipment for outdoor and winter sports.

What you will do

• Support the definition and execution of the long-term supply chain strategy.
• Manage project workstreams with external consultants and internal stakeholders, coordinating deliverables, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Conduct supply chain analyses, benchmarking, and evaluations of cost efficiency, service improvement, and resilience opportunities.
• Build financial models, ROI calculations, and scenario simulations for supply chain transformation decisions.
• Develop and maintain supply chain KPI reporting frameworks, Power BI dashboards, and recurring data consolidation routines.
• Harmonize reporting across regions and maintain supply chain data definitions and the KPI dictionary in Data Galaxy.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain analytics, strategy, consulting, or operations.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with Excel, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, logistics, inventory, and forecasting.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Additional training in data analytics.
