Procurement Manager - Avionics Cockpit Systems

What you will do

• Organize procurement activities for avionics cockpit products, packages, and suppliers across multiple programs.
• Lead sourcing activities, calls for tenders, contractual negotiations, amendments, and supplier claims.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract lifecycles, performance, and compliance with hirify.global standards.
• Identify and manage supply chain, commercial, and supplier performance risks.
• Align Programs, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Quality, Finance, and Legal stakeholders through multifunctional teams.
• Shape procurement strategies for next-generation single-aisle cockpit systems and prepare R&D projects for future tenders.

Requirements

• Five-year degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant procurement experience in the aeronautical environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-stakes negotiations and/or projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English at negotiation level is mandatory.
• Proactive, customer-oriented approach and interest in new technologies.
