Supplier Development Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Blagnac - Wings Campus, near Toulouse, France. The role includes travel to supplier sites for up to 60% of the time.

What you will do

• Assess suppliers’ industrial maturity and establish improvement action plans with SCQM teams.
• Lead transformation and continuous-improvement plans to achieve roadmap objectives.
• Build project teams, develop key skills, and secure stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Airbus at supplier sites and protect customer interests.
• Implement methodologies that support long-term supplier autonomy and operational sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management.
• At least 10 years of industrial experience with strong supply chain expertise.
• Proven experience with Lean practices, APQP tools, problem-solving, and crisis management.
• Advanced project management skills and strong shop-floor, or Gemba, experience.
• Negotiation-level English and French required.
• Availability to travel up to 60% of the time and work at the Blagnac/Toulouse site required.
