Human Resources Generalist - Internship (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support employees with benefits and payroll-related questions.
• Schedule employee training and maintain training records.
• Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit interviews.
• Maintain the HR information system and personnel records.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly key-metric reports and support program, event, and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and Novatime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree focused on Human Resources or a related business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
