Sr Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Employees living within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work from a campus location several times per week.

Salary: $6,168.90–$13,571.58 per month in the United States, with ranges varying by state and locality.

What you will do

• Plan and execute digital product strategies, technology support, and customer engagement programs.
• Conduct market, competitive, product, digital industry, and customer research.
• Optimize customer experiences and help define and launch customer-centric products and programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic priorities and product initiatives.
• Apply product and technology expertise to support best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related business discipline.
• At least three years of experience in digital marketing or digital product management, or demonstrated knowledge of digital product management and technology support.
• Strong understanding of business and customer needs, customer or user experience management, product analysis, and technology capabilities.
• Strong technical, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be located within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
