Digital Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Location: Denver, Colorado. The role includes occasional driving between sites, in-person training and meetings, and variable shift coverage outside normal business hours.

Compensation: $28.85 per hour, plus cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and commission. On-target earning potential is $120,000.

What you will do

• Manage and maximize an existing book of business.
• Develop prospecting strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Assess advertising partners' business goals and needs.
• Create, present, and sell customized digital marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on campaign setup, execution, and retention.
• Contribute to team building, community engagement, and a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Experience selling a suite of digital marketing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, social, programmatic display, email, sponsored content, mobile, and video.
• Ability to diagnose business needs and communicate customized solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Familiarity with data and analytics for strategic updates and recommendations.
• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
