What you will do

• Define and lead the AI business enablement strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and deploy AI technologies to transform business processes, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making.
• Lead large-scale business transformation and integrate AI innovations into processes, products, and customer solutions.
• Communicate AI strategy and business value to executives and employees, translating technical capabilities into practical outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to scale AI solutions across departments.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI experts and business analysts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology or business leadership, including significant AI and business transformation experience.
• Proven success using AI to deliver measurable business outcomes and operational improvements.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, workflow optimization, automation, and process improvement.
• Exceptional executive communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience implementing AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with regulatory, ethical, and privacy considerations related to AI.
