Senior Manager, Agentic Transformation, CMS (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office; must sit in the San Francisco office. The posting also lists Foster City, California.

Salary: $149,800–$240,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and applicable sales incentive payments.

What you will do

• Lead the CMS Product agentic transformation roadmap and scale adoption of AI and the hirify.global Agentic Toolchain.
• Identify and prioritize AI and agentic opportunities across product strategy, development, commercialization, and portfolio management.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, Operations, and business leaders to modernize product development practices.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, operating frameworks, and best practices that improve productivity, quality, and execution speed.
• Define and communicate metrics for transformation progress, tool adoption, product development velocity, and client outcomes.
• Build transformation business cases and advise senior leadership on AI capabilities, operating models, and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience in product management, product strategy, business transformation, technology strategy, product operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading AI, digital, product, or operating model transformation in technology, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience implementing or scaling generative AI solutions, AI-assisted product development, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, organizational change, and senior-leadership influence skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Knowledge of payments, commercial payments, money movement, fintech, or financial services ecosystems.
• Experience with software platforms, APIs, data products, or enterprise technology solutions.
