Vice President, Product (AI)

Location: United States (Remote); fully remote, with candidates required to be located in the United States.

Salary: $260,000–$280,000 USD, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Lead the product management team and own the full product portfolio.
• Set and maintain one committed roadmap, determining which investments and product bets are funded, changed, or stopped.
• Build and improve the product operating model across multiple product areas.
• Own product execution and customer outcomes in partnership with the CPTO and VP of Engineering.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical, Operations, and Strategy.
• Develop products spanning AI/ML, hardware, platforms, and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience, including 5+ years leading product managers across multiple product areas.
• Experience shipping AI/ML, hardware, and platform or partner-ecosystem products to market.
• Experience with stage-gated development, certification, and field reliability.
• Enterprise B2B product leadership experience with direct ownership of product results.
• Decisive player-coach leadership and strong written communication.
• Must be located in the United States.
