Intelligent Automation Business Systems Analyst Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at an hirify.global office location determined by the team and role; Mountain View, California

Base pay: $37–$47 per hour

What you will do

• Assess, optimize, and streamline SKU creation and go-to-market offering setup across cross-functional teams.
• Develop a plan for a Digital GTM Assistant using GenAI and AI to standardize go-to-market capabilities.
• Lead a cross-functional project to rationalize billing models and go-to-market variations.
• Support global process design and implementation for a Contracts Lifecycle Management tool, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations structure.
• Develop change management plans and recommendations for operational improvements and new offering strategies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• Studying business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship.
• Experience with process optimization, business analysis, and project implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, research, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and corporate productivity tools, including Microsoft and Google products.
