Travel Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Healthcare)

Location: Kalamazoo, MI, with travel to other locations within the state and/or region

Pay range: $57.00–$76.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family medicine at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Travel to cover shifts for absent providers and vacancies across different locations.
• Adapt to varied clinical settings and collaborate with different teams.
• Maintain continuity of care, work processes, and follow-through during transitions.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Associates: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Independent practice status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
