Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Location: Alameda, California, United States; onsite

Starting base pay: $152,000–$193,000 per year, plus potential benefits, perks, and equity.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals while delivering hiring targets across the organization.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding, including intake, selection criteria, structured interviews, candidate assessment, and closing strategies.
• Build and improve scalable recruiting policies, processes, governance, service delivery, and candidate experience.
• Advise senior leaders on talent market trends, workforce risks, hiring effectiveness, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy.
• Use data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, optimize recruiting performance, and guide workforce decisions.
• Drive employer branding, diverse talent pipelines, recruiting training, and AI and automation adoption across the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 5 years leading high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience solving complex problems and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, research and development, and technology talent is preferred.
• Experience scaling a high-growth organization through talent mapping, talent development, continuous improvement, and competitive analysis.
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
