Supplier Management Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Missouri, United States; hybrid work with remote work from home up to 3 days per week

Salary: $59,200–$98,600 annual base pay; geographic differentials may apply.

What you will do

• Manage strategic supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs, service reviews, contracts, SLAs, and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier contracts, including obligations, pricing, renewals, amendments, extensions, and records.
• Support tenders, RFPs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, due diligence, onboarding, and transitions.
• Track supplier spend, volumes, costs, budgets, invoices, pricing, savings, and performance results.
• Assess operational, financial, geopolitical, cybersecurity, sustainability, and compliance risks; maintain mitigation and continuity plans.
• Maintain supplier dashboards and reports while collaborating with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Planning, Risk Management, Legal, and Customer Service.

• Ability to work in the Missouri-based hybrid arrangement.
