What you will do

• Validate statistical forecasting models by comparing forecast accuracy across different approaches.
• Partner with Business Units to align consensus demand plans, review risks and opportunities, maintain demand-driver inputs, and resolve demand gaps.
• Own consolidated demand reporting across Business Units, ensuring accurate and standardized visibility into forecast performance and business trends.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for forecast accuracy, demand shifts, risks, opportunities, and business performance.
• Prepare executive-level summaries, presentations, and recurring reporting packages for demand reviews and strategic planning.
• Analyze demand trends and forecast variability, improve reporting automation, and maintain data accuracy across planning tools and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English fluency in written and verbal communication is required.
• Strong analytical, modeling, planning, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Planning, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams and communicate insights to senior leadership.

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
