Senior Engineer I - Product (FPGA)

Annual base salary: $70,304–$205,000

What you will do

• Support reliability qualification for next-generation FPGA products.
• Define qualification designs, develop hardware, verify experimental conditions, and analyze statistical data.
• Resolve release-to-manufacturing issues and drive corrective actions affecting product shipments.
• Define production test limits, analyze test coverage and yield, and ensure datasheet compliance.
• Validate microprocessors, SERDES, DDR, eNVM, SRAM, charge pumps, PLLs, and analog I/O components.
• Develop software and scripts, including AI-assisted tools, to compile, process, analyze, and test FPGA/SoC products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor product qualification standards, including JEDEC; AECQ-100 and MIL-STD-883 are preferred.
• Knowledge of silicon reliability and process failure mechanisms, with hands-on software automation and hardware development experience.
• Practical experience with Verilog/VHDL, C, Python, and Perl.
• Experience with Agentic AI, ATE, bench testing, and wafer test systems; strong communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
