Program Manager

Location: Hampton, Virginia (Langley AFB); fully onsite

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Direct all phases of deployable services programs from inception through completion.
• Lead project managers and coordinate technical, manufacturing, administrative, and professional personnel.
• Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, staffing, contracts, funding, and forecasts.
• Prepare plans, estimates, performance work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and staffing plans.
• Act as the primary customer contact and lead program reviews with senior military and civilian leaders.
• Identify program risks, develop technically feasible solutions, and support follow-on business development.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• High school diploma and 8–12 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex technical projects, budgets, cost projections, and work estimates.
• IT professional background and military or government operations experience.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance corporate and customer needs in flexible situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with deployable NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS communications or tactical communications.
• PMP certification.
• IAM Level II certification, such as Security+.
• Experience in DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
