Principal Program Manager (Semiconductor Design)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional, matrix teams delivering customer services engagements and technology initiatives.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining technical and commercial responsibility.
• Scope services projects and create statements of work and cost plans with technical, finance, and legal stakeholders.
• Track project plans, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, status, and cost constraints.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, conflict resolution, and collaboration across technical, field, services, sales, and account teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, solutions, and negotiations to customers and hirify.global management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
• 6+ years of semiconductor design or relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with strong communication, presentation, assessment, and analytical skills.
• Experience driving tactical services engagements involving customer requests for analog, SoC, verification, or package/board expertise.
• Occasional domestic and international travel is required.

Nice to have

• Background in IC design, SoC verification, RTL, or IP development.
• Project management certification.
• Experience with hirify.global design tools.
