Manager, Reporting and Financial Data Governance

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $89,280–$165,168 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own financial master data and reporting structures, including charts of accounts, entities, cost centers, projects, and reporting hierarchies.
• Define and maintain common financial data definitions and reporting attributes across Finance platforms.
• Review and approve changes to financial master data, mappings, and reporting structures.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, IT, and Microsoft stakeholders on reporting requirements, organizational changes, and system initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve data, hierarchy, mapping, and reporting issues affecting financial processes.
• Support corporate reporting processes, including Transmit, through structure and data validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance systems, or related finance functions.
• Experience supporting accounting close, financial reporting, management reporting, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience with financial master data, reporting structures and hierarchies, or finance systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, standardization, and financial data control skills.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting, reporting requirements, company policies, and internal controls.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Oracle, PowerBI, SmartView, or similar tools.
